  1. I've heard rumblings on other golf forums that the supply chain woes may require Titleist to park the promotion for a year. But I figure I could get a definitive answer here!

Every year, a friend and I alternate purchasing and choosing the personalization, usually an inside joke from 25-plus years of golf and wisecracking. Then each of us gets two dozen. It's a tradition unlike any other, ha.

  2. Wondering the same thing here. Hoping they keep the program going. I’ve been a loyal ProV1 customer, but might try some other options if they get rid of their loyalty offer.

Titleist will post information here only simultaneously with public announcements. Previously it would be announced at the beginning of March and run until a date in April.

So there are many inquiring minds hoping to hear as well. In the meantime we may hear more about left dash/dot options for the coming season out of the PGA show.

Hopefully the tradition continues... Although I did notice there was no price drop during the holidays like there usually is per dozen.

That generally happens every other year before the release of the new version. The Pro V line is entering the second year of the current revision and of history hold true we will see a new version released in 2023.

Sure hope they have it and can put the left dot in the mix. I would really like to try that ball!

AVX is my new ball of choice! Hope it's included if the PROMO is run again.

I second that. I’ve just started playing the AVX and it works really well for me. I would definitely buy more if there is a promo.

Aren't most of the balls made here in the USA at the Ball Plant in Massachusetts? If so, hopefully they have been working nonstop to increase inventory levels for this promotion. It will be interesting to see what happens. Generally sometime in March is when the notice comes out.

We’ll, that isn’t happening. Production fell behind with COVID shutdowns while demand skyrocketed. There is some conjecture that some of the component material has also had tight supplies.
At least for the first half of the year there will still spot shortages even without the loyalty program.

I heard the exact same story from my professional here in the UK, if Titleist have supply issues, I can't see how they can give 25% of their production away in a loyalty program, maybe they'll reinstate it when supply is back to normal?

Its interesting to note that other golf ball manufacturers are able to offer the 4 for 3 offer now.

LOL. Maybe if they sold as many, they would have inventory issues as well.
  13. Anyone heard one way or another on this? Specifically Left Dash.

Was just told by my Pro that Titleist will not be doing the promotion this year.
  15. Titleist has told all of their accounts it's cancelled. Sad, but true

Sad, buy these every year! Great promotion.

Gutted but hey it’s not the end of the world!
Good news for me is I’ve still got 3 dozen brand new ones in the bag to loose before I buy more anyway ïļâ€â™‚ïļ
  18. One last kick in theâ€Ķ I blame Covid!
  19. Bummer. Was waiting for that to pop so I could buy some new balls.

It's unfortunate, but I hope they offer the limited edition handwritten TT balls. I'll stock up and play those this season.
  21. I just got an email from my club last week that cally will be doing a buy 3 get 1 promo on their Chrome Soft lines this spring. Maybe Titleist will reverse course to match (wishful thinking, I know).

On the flip side, may be the time to try out the Callys or the new Bridgestones...
  22. Titleist is doing the promo starting March 25th.
  23. Was wondering if there is a way to tell if an older golf ball is still good. My father used to say you put your arm out, drop the ball on a hard surface and if it bounced back up to you it was good.
    (Gotta love your dad’s ideas).
  24. Stinks that they won’t be doing r yet he promo this year. I guess I may have to use the ones that were left over from last year’s promotion.

Too bad. I bought Titleist Pro V1x every year on the 4 for 3 deal for as long as I can remember. Calloway seems to be the only offering this deal this year which I hate to say it will be my catalyst to try another ball.
  26. They will be doing the promotion starting March 25. It’s posted on the website.
  27. David T...Where did you see it posted on the website?? I could not find any mention of it.
  28. When I posted this I had read somewhere here on the website that they were deciding to do it again and listed Mar 25th as the go live date. But of course now I can’t find it again. Doesn’t look good as I continue to try more info on it.
  29. Agreed. It's not a great marketing practice to turn your back on the loyal customers, especially when the program was called "loyalty rewarded". Now that loyalty is no longer valued, maybe it's an opportunity to try out some others.

I agree with you it can be upsetting, but hopefully not enough to turn you away from playing Titleist. I've stayed loyal to the ProV1 family, and used this opportunity to buy the ProV1 Left Dash to try out this spring to see how I like it. I've heard great reviews, and am excited to try it out. Maybe if the loyalty program returns, I will order these instead.
  31. My Pro just got the word from our rep that the 4 for 3 promo WILL be happening this year (FYI, I'm in Canada)
