It was a really great surprise to receive a white box of the brand new ProVs, for the first time! I was able to put the ball in play for my last 2 rounds of the season before my course closed. I wasn't and shouldn't have been surprised at how they performed, but the ball flew crazy straight for me, and the feel around and on the greens was amazing.

I finally got to put my White Box Pro V1’s into play and first impressions are super positive. The first thing I noticed was short game spin was better than previous versions (didn’t think that was possible) as I could do what I wanted with the ball assuming I hit a good pitch or chip. I found that the ball flew higher and would stop really well even with long irons. I didn’t see a difference in distance with this ball over other Pro V1’s. I think this ball is more durable too as I hit a few into the desert. Unfortunately Grayhawk and Troon North kept a few of them so I’ll have to buy some more in the spring. Thanks again Titleist for the opportunity to try the new balls!!

What a great early Christmas present, to come home to the special white box, thank you Team Titleist Canada. I played the proto Pro V1x in a tournament in Germany in October and it really was a much better ball then previous generations. We played in very windy conditions and the ball cut through the wind very well. In fact, in the past, I would have changed to a different ball in that much wind but the new Pro V1x had no performance issues. Much improved green side control as well.
