The dividers are most important to me.

But the handle on the top cuff I WISH was softer on the hands. I play a lot and grab that handle on the top of the cuff all the time and it rips up my right hand. I actually put tape on it to soften it some. I wish Titleist would make that part of the bag more friendly to those of us who grab that part of the bag.

I also actually prefer more dividers rather than less. I love my Sta Dry but wish it had more dividers like the older stand bags (7 dividers).

Weight is huge for me. Caddying heavy bags happens so I don't want my personal one to weigh a lot. Pockets are a very close second.

Being an organization freak, I love the 14-way full-length dividers.

I voted for strap. When carrying, a good strap makes it more enjoyable. I do prefer 1 strap so that limits my options. Do wish we can have strap options on other carry bags. As far as dividers (my 2nd choice) 3 or 4 are perfect...
