  1. I’ve had the chance to review the various categories and content in each. Looks like a lot of great information, so looking forward to diving in!

As always, Titleist, TeamTitleist once again provides exceptional resources to us! Thank you! Much appreciated!
  3. Not working but would love this
  4. I think it’s a great idea to invite more prospective golfers on the engineering part of the golf. A lot of times we go to retailer so and get very little inside information on the equipment. Capital idea!
  5. Thank you Titleist for creating this useful resource. It is so confusing to have abbreviations and acronyms thrown at us nowadays and it is helpful to understand what certain terms mean when something like COI is thrown up in discussion. The Learning Lab with be of great assistance.

Will members of TT be able to ask questions in the Learning Lab?

Yes, absolutely. If you click on any individual article, you'll see a box in the right margin that allows you to submit questions and ideas for future topics.

We've also discussed the possibility of adding a comments section to individual article pages. Is that something you'd like to see in the future?

    Thanks!

Above and beyond Allan. Looks great!
  8. I just looked through the Learning Lab. I appreciate the details in the “How It’s Made” section. I like learning about the processes that went into the making of the golf balls and irons.

Great amount of information and very well laid out.

What I'd like to have seen is more depth.

For example, forging vs casting. Great overview. But I've seen a 30-minute video from miz simply on their forging process and what's involved. It was a great video if you haven't seen it.

Golf ball paint. Great topic, but a video of a ball being painted, how it's actually done and how the parameters described in the write up are achieved and even how they are measured would be a great improvement.

Also, something not covered (at least that I saw) was shaft impacts on club performance. How a shaft is selected for the "off the shelf" and then the custom options and what they can do. I know Titleist does not produce the shafts, but the shaft has a HUGE impact on club and ball performance. It would be great to see information on this.

Fitting process too. Everyone on Team Titleist now defaults to "get fit" when anyone asks a question on what club to choose or shaft. It would be great to see a write up on how Titleist does a quality fitting to optimize performance.

Likely the engineer in me, but this is a great high-level overview of a lot of great club and ball topics. It frankly left me wanting even more.

    Thanks for sharing with us.

The learning lab is an excellent addition and much needed resource to add to Titleist's online tools and product information. With the flow and development of equipment technology exceeding the common understanding of many golfers, it is a value-added library of information that can benefit many avid Titleist loyalist as well as help gain the appeal of many potential new customers.

For instance, when recently purchasing my T150's I needed to search a number of different digital outlets and social media platforms (YouTube, TRX, countless retailer websites) to obtain the spec and build information prior to making the investment. From a comparison perspective, PXG does a great job in providing the behind the scenes engineering of its clubs which not provides information behind the club manufacturing process but helps justify the cost of why each club costs over $300. On my end, I love that Tielist has evolved and has gone this direction.

The next step would be to hold small focus group sessions via Zoom similar to ball / club fitting sessions to obtain live feedback on how the Learning Lab can be improved!

Ball: Prov1 left dash and left dot

The content on the page is really good.

I would say though that the text on the images at the top of the page is hard to read because it blends in to the images.

It is pretty good, but as a "VIP" account holder with another OEM (I just prefer Titleist), It is a little late to the game and not as deep as other OEMs out there. I do think, however, that it is a great start. Just a great deal of "catch up" on other companies out there.

The site reaffirms why Titleist is the leader. Although there are many theories and science behind the development of new technology Titleist doesn’t have to put out equipment every year. The team teaches you and develops new equipment based on everyone’s experience. I can’t wait to dive into every single video!

    Hi Team Titleist,

Our team behind the scenes has been working non-stop on a new Titleist.com experience and we're excited to bring it to you all first! Thanks as always for being a part of Team Titleist and thanks in advance for helping us make this experience even better.

Hi to all the Team at Team Titleist & to all the Golfing Fraternity Worldwide. Interesting insight into all Aspects of Titleist Golfing. Look Forward to Viewing more on Technology and Product Ranges available on the Global Market. ‍♂️‍♀️
  19. Looks great! I had a specific topic that I was interested in and was able to find some info on it fairly quickly.

Love the new learning lab site! Lots of great information and insight. Really the video about the dimples on the golf ball.
  21. I like this beta site! Great information here. I’d like to see information about grips and tape wraps. Every fitter says pick a grip with which you’re comfortable, but where can you ever test grip sizes?

Also, I’d like to suggest that Titleist take a lot of this basic information and turn it into content directed at kids. It’s a great way to bring young kids into the game.
